Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

Defective Products: 

PC EXPRESS offers 1 year implied warranty on the quality of the goods or longer as stipulated by the product, provided that the Products have not been altered contrary to the instructions.

If within 1 year from the original date of delivery the Products are found to be defective, PC EXPRESS shall assess the Product. You shall also be required to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. Where the Product is found to be defective, PC EXPRESS shall:

Late Delivery: 

If a Product purchased from PC EXPRESS are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, or where no specific period was agreed, within 30 days after having purchased the

Product, the ECT Act entitles you to cancel such sale on 7 (seven) days’ notice to PC EXPRESS by phoning 0861 412 412. Should the Product purchased be unavailable, PC EXPRESS shall notify you and issue a full refund within 30 (thirty) days after such notice.

Non- defective Products- Right to “cool off”: 

Products which are NOT defective or damaged or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned to any PC EXPRESS retail outlet(s) within 7 (seven) days from date of delivery, provided that the Products have not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition and you are able to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. You are then entitled to cancel the sale of the Products in terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act within 7 (seven) days after your receipt of the Products and to obtain a full purchase price refund, subject to being charged R0.00 in respect of return and handling charge to non-defective returns. PC EXPRESS can hold you liable for any damage caused to the Products whilst it is in your possession.
